Your event in the port

Events such as congresses, seminars, conferences, workshops, or even birthday parties and other occasions are complex undertakings. When it comes to ensuring your event is a resounding success, we leave nothing to chance! Whatever the occasion, we offer modern, in part, fully refurbished rooms in the Port of Nürnberg-Roth GmbH’s main building for hire. 

In addition, our Port Canteen can provide you with delicious catering services.

We also offer the opportunity to bring in an external catering service. We match the right gastronomic partner to your needs and wishes. It would also be our pleasure to help you plan your event program, such as a sight-seeing bus trip around the port

The rooms:

  • Room Hamburg, measuring 65 m2 for up to 24 persons (access to recently refurbished, furnished rooftop terrace with a view of bayernhafen, fully air-conditioned room, multimedia equipment)
  • Room Triest, measuring 70 m2 for up to 50 persons (multimedia equipment)
  • Port Canteen, measuring 190 m2 for up to 150 persons (technical equipment can be installed)
  • You can also use: Foyer, measuring 110 m2 for up to 100 persons (plasma monitor screen, reception counter, bistro tables, lounge corner)

We also offer plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the building.
