Personal data
Protecting your personal data is one of our major concerns. We do not collect personal data (for example names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses) via any of our sites except in cases where you provide this data to us voluntarily for registration purposes, or where you have opted to take part in a survey, and if the laws on the protection of your personal data allow us to do so.

Dedicated purpose
We will generally use any personal data provided by you to answer your questions, process your orders, or grant you access to specific information or offers.
We will treat your personal data in the strictest confidence and only use it for the purpose for which you provided the data to us, or for uses and forwarding to which you agreed. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. All staff who have any contact with your data have agreed to comply with our data protection policies. We reserve the right to evaluate anonymised data for statistical purposes. In this case traceability to a specific person is not possible with any reasonable effort.

Statistical evaluations using PIWIK
This website uses the Open Source PIWIK software for statistical evaluation of use. The data collected by PIWIK (including curtailed IP addresses, times, pages accessed, browser used, search engine, plugins) is stored in a database. The evaluations generated using PIWIK are completely anonymised and cannot be used to identify individual persons. No matching of data stored in PIWIK with other data sources or forwarding of data to third parties occurs.

Cookies
When you visit our website, we may store information in the form of "cookies" on your computer to allow us to automatically identify you on your next visit. Cookies give us the ability to e.g. modify a website to reflect your interests, or to store your password to remove the need for you to enter it on each visit.
